Graduated in sculpture, Fanfan worked as a stage designer before focusing his interest to be on stage. He studied various performing practices (puppetry, corporal theater, contemporary dance) during travels in Europe, Africa, South America, and presently in Taiwan.

Graduatefrom Ensaama sculpture, Florent Schwartz then studied various practices stage (masked theater, mime, puppetry, contemporary dance) in Europe and South America.

He is currently conducting research at the interface between dance and sculpture.

Interest quickly detaches from the end result to question the creative process. He then traveled to West Africa to explore new ways of using the metal, including bronze.
    Meanwhile, Florent Schwartz formed during many trips to the performing arts, devoted first to the puppet theater and then the body, and finally contemporary dance.
